Ingredients
- ½ onion
- 1 clove garlic (5 g)
- 3 ounces potato (84 g)
- ½ tablespoon olive oil (8 ml)
- 10 ounces cauliflower florets (280 g)
- 1 ½ cup water (356 ml)
- 1 cube vegetable bouillon
Preparing this recipe
- Finely chop the onion and press the garlic. Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces.
- Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion in it. After two minutes, add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the potato, cauliflower florets, water and the bouillon cube. Cook the soup for 15 minutes.
- Puree the soup with an immersion blender and pour into a bowl.
