Ingredients
- 3 ounces brown rice (84 g)
- 2 cups green beans (frozen) (251 g)
- ½ onion
- 1 clove garlic (5 g)
- 3 ounces black beans (84 g)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste (7 g)
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce (5 ml)
- 3 ounces 96% lean ground beef (84 g)
Preparing this recipe
- Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
- Add the green beans to a pot of boiling water and cook until al dente in 6 minutes.
- Finely chop the onion, crush the garlic clove and rinse the black beans in a colander with cold water. Let them drain well.
- Heat the oil in a pan. Add the onion and sauté until translucent, then add the garlic, tomato paste and Sriracha and sauté for another minute. Add the ground beef and black beans, stir everything well and cook for 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the rice, green beans and ground beef on a plate.
