Ingredients
- 1 ½ tablespoon mayonnaise (23 ml)
- ½ teaspoon Sriracha sauce (3 ml)
- 2 pickles
- 2 slices bread, whole wheat
- 1 slice cheese
Preparing this recipe
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the Sriracha.
- Slice the pickles.
- Spread the spicy mayonnaise on one slice of bread. Then, layer the cheese and pickles on top. Season with pepper and salt. Place the other slice of bread on top.
- Cut the sandwich in half and serve on a plate.
