Ingredients
- 3 ounces brown rice (84 g)
- 2 teaspoons curry powder (4 g)
- 4 fluid ounces yogurt, nonfat (120 ml)
- 3 ounces chicken breast (84 g)
- 2 cups green beans (frozen) (251 g)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
Preparing this recipe
- Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Mix the curry powder with the yogurt in a small bowl. Add pepper and salt to taste.
- Coat the chicken breast all around with half of the yogurt sauce. Put the rest of the yogurt sauce in a bowl and set aside.
- Cook the green beans according to the instructions on the packaging until tender.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken breast with the adhering yogurt marinade for 15 minutes until cooked through and brown.
- Distribute the chicken with green beans in a deep bowl. Serve with the rice and the rest of the yogurt sauce on the side.

1. It's delicious to sprinkle the chicken with some grated coconut.
