Ingredients
- 3 ounces brown rice (84 g)
- ½ onion
- 1 clove garlic (5 g)
- 1 bell pepper
- ½ tablespoon olive oil (8 ml)
- 3 ounces chicken breast (84 g)
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded (166 g)
- 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce (15 ml)
Preparing this recipe
- Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Finely chop the onion and press the garlic. Cut the bell pepper into strips and cut the chicken into pieces.
- Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the onion with the garlic until soft and translucent. Add the chicken and cook over high heat for 5 minutes until cooked through and browned. Add the bell pepper and cabbage and stir-fry for 2-4 minutes over medium-high heat. Season with teriyaki sauce.
- Serve the chicken and vegetable mixture with rice.
