Ingredients
- 8 ounces mushrooms (224 g)
- 1 bell pepper
- 8 olives
- 1 ½ tablespoon olive oil (23 ml)
- 7 ounces gnocchi (196 g)
- 1 handful spinach (25 g)
Preparing this recipe
- Slice the mushrooms into quarters and the bell pepper into strips. Slice the olives into rounds.
- Heat half of the oil in a skillet. Fry the mushrooms over high heat until golden brown.
- Heat the other half of the oil in a separate pan and fry the gnocchi for about 12 minutes, turning regularly until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Place the spinach on a plate, then layer the bell pepper strips, gnocchi, mushrooms, and olives on top. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
