Ingredients
- 3 ounces shrimp (frozen) (84 g)
- 3 ounces quinoa (84 g)
- 1 ¾ cup green beans (frozen) (220 g)
- 1 clove garlic (5 g)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (15 ml)
- 1 tablespoon honey (20 g)
Preparing this recipe
- Remove the shrimp from the freezer and let them thaw on a plate.
- Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Cook the green beans in a pot of water for about 8 minutes until tender.
- Press the garlic clove.
- Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the garlic for about a minute. Add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and honey to the pan and heat for another minute. Season with pepper and salt.
- Serve the quinoa with the green beans and teriyaki shrimp.
