Ingredients
- 3 ounces penne, whole wheat (84 g)
- ½ chili pepper
- 2 bell peppers
- 5 sun-dried tomatoes
- 5 ounces tuna, in water (140 g)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
Preparing this recipe
- Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the package.
- Finely chop the red chili pepper and cut the bell peppers into strips. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes in half.
- Drain the tuna in a colander and break it into chunks.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the chili pepper and bell peppers gently for 5 minutes. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and sauté for 1 more minute. Add the pasta and tuna to the pepper mixture and toss together. Season with salt to taste if needed.
- Transfer the pasta to a bowl and enjoy it lukewarm.
