Ingredients
- 1 cod fillet (frozen)
- 2 tacos
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin (4 g)
- 4 tablespoons cottage cheese, 4% milkfat (57 g)
Preparing this recipe
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Allow the fish to thaw in a colander and rinse it with cold water.
- Warm the tacos in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
- Cut the fish into pieces and the bell pepper into strips.
- Heat the oil in a pan and cook the fish for 2 minutes. Add the bell pepper strips, cumin powder, salt and pepper to taste. Add a splash of water and cook over low heat for another 5 minutes until everything is warmed through and cooked.
- Make a sauce by mixing the cottage cheese with salt and pepper.
- Spoon the fish and bell pepper mixture into the tacos and top with the cottage cheese sauce.

1. Garnish these tacos with fresh green herbs like parsley, dill or oregano. Or add some chili flakes if you like it spicy.
