Ingredients
- 1 tomato
- 1 ½ tablespoon cottage cheese, 4% milkfat (21 g)
- 2 slices bread, whole wheat
- 1 handful iceberg lettuce, shredded (30 g)
- 2 slices turkey breast
Preparing this recipe
- Cut the tomato into slices. Season the cottage cheese with salt and pepper. Taste and adjust to your liking.
- Spread the cottage cheese evenly on one slice of bread
- Top with the lettuce, tomato and turkey. Lay the remaining slice of bread on top. Cut the sandwich in half diagonally.
