  • 1 tomato
  • 1 ½ tablespoon cottage cheese, 4% milkfat (21 g)
  • 2 slices bread, whole wheat
  • 1 handful iceberg lettuce, shredded (30 g)
  • 2 slices turkey breast

Preparing this recipe

  1. Cut the tomato into slices. Season the cottage cheese with salt and pepper. Taste and adjust to your liking.
  2. Spread the cottage cheese evenly on one slice of bread
  3. Top with the lettuce, tomato and turkey. Lay the remaining slice of bread on top. Cut the sandwich in half diagonally.
