Ingredients

  • 3 ounces chicken breast (84 g)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 3 teaspoons pesto (15 g)

Preparing this recipe

  1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes and mix with the oil. Season with pepper and salt.
  2. Cook the chicken in a wok over medium heat until it is cooked through and slightly browned.
  3. Meanwhile, wash the zucchini and use a spiralizer to make spaghetti strands. Halve the tomatoes.
  4. Add the tomatoes to the chicken and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Finally, add the zucchini spaghetti and pesto. Mix everything together well and cook over high heat for 1 minute.

  • Spiralizer

1. Don't have a spiralizer at home? Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, it's just as tasty.
2. Also delicious with some fresh basil.
