Ingredients
- 3 ounces brown rice (84 g)
- 4 ounces cannellini beans (112 g)
- 5 ounces tuna, in water (140 g)
- 1 zucchini
- ½ onion
- 1 clove garlic (5 g)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
Preparing this recipe
- Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
- Rinse the beans in a colander with cold water. Add the tuna to the colander and let it drain.
- Dice the zucchini. Finely chop the onion. Mince the garlic.
- Heat the oil in a wok and sauté the onion and garlic. Then add the zucchini cubes and cook for 5 minutes until al dente. Next, add the beans and tuna and mix it with the zucchini. Let it heat for an additional 2 minutes. Drain the rice and stir it into the mixture.
- Scoop the rice dish onto a plate and season with salt and pepper.
