Ingredients
- 6 ½ ounce pineapple chunks (frozen) (182 g)
- 5 ounces tofu (140 g)
- 1 ½ tablespoon soy sauce (23 ml)
- 2 carrots
- ½ cucumber
- 1 handful mixed salad (30 g)
Preparing this recipe
- Allow the pineapple to thaw and collect the juice in a bowl.
- Pat the tofu dry with a piece of kitchen paper and cut it into small cubes.
- Prepare a marinade using soy sauce, the pineapple juice and some pepper. Mix the tofu cubes with the marinade.
- Heat a skillet and fry the tofu cubes for 2 minutes until they turn golden brown and crispy.
- Slice the carrot into long ribbons and the cucumber into slices. Start by placing the lettuce in a large bowl and distribute the tofu, pineapple and carrot in groups.

1. It's also delicious to mix a finely chopped red chili pepper with the tofu and/or pineapple.
2. If you add some finely chopped cilantro to the pineapple in addition to the red chili pepper, not only will the taste be amazing, but the colors will also be fantastic.
