Ingredients
- 1 bell pepper
- ½ chili pepper
- ½ onion
- 1 clove garlic (5 g)
- 3 ounces chicken breast (84 g)
- ½ tablespoon olive oil (8 ml)
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin (1 g)
- 1 teaspoon paprika (ground spice) (2 g)
- 1 pinch chili powder (1 g)
- ½ avocado
- 1 zucchini
Preparing this recipe
- Slice the bell pepper and chili pepper lengthwise into thin strips. Cut the onion into half rings and finely chop the garlic. Cut the chicken breast into strips.
- Heat the oil in a pan. Add the chicken strips and spices and cook the chicken for 3 minutes. Then add the bell pepper, chili pepper, onion and garlic and cook for another 4 minutes.
- Meanwhile, slice the avocado and cut the zucchini into noodles.
- Add the zoodles to the pan with the chicken in the last minute. Turn the heat up and cook for 1 more minute.
- Serve the chicken fajita with zoodles in a deep plate and top with the avocado slices. Season with pepper and salt.
Requisites:
- Spiralizer or julienne peeler

1. If you don't have a spiralizer, you can also grate the zucchini or use a julienne peeler to slice it into thin ribbons.
2. Delicious with chili flakes, thin rings of scallion, fresh cilantro or a squeeze of lime.
