Ingredients
- ¼ cucumber
- ½ avocado
- 2 slices bread, whole wheat
- ½ ounce cheddar cheese, shredded (14 g)
- 1 handful mixed salad (30 g)
Preparing this recipe
- Slice the cucumber into thin slices. Pat the cucumber dry with kitchen paper. Slice the avocado.
- Place the cheese on one slice of bread. Then, layer the lettuce, cucumber and avocado on top. Season with pepper and salt. Place the other slice of bread on top and cut it in half.
- Serve the sandwiches on a plate.
