Ingredients
- 2 slices bread, whole wheat
- 1 apple
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (15 ml)
- 1 slice ham
- 1 handful mixed salad (30 g)
Preparing this recipe
- Toast the bread until it's golden brown and crispy.
- Thinly slice the apple into rounds and set aside.
- Spread the mayonnaise on one slice of bread.
- Layer the ham on the same slice of bread with the mayonnaise, followed by the sliced apple and lettuce. Sprinkle with some salt and pepper.
- Top the sandwich with the other slice of bread and press down gently to secure the ingredients.
- Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
