Ingredients
- ½ onion
- 1 clove garlic (5 g)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
- 3 ounces 96% lean ground beef (84 g)
- 1 teaspoon paprika (ground spice) (2 g)
- 1 ½ cup mixed vegetables, Asian style (249 g)
- 1 ½ teaspoon Sriracha sauce (8 ml)
Preparing this recipe
- Chop the onion and press the garlic.
- Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the onion with the garlic. Add the ground meat and cook until it is browned and fully cooked. Season with paprika powder, pepper and salt.
- Add the vegetables and Sriracha to the meat and stir-fry everything for another 5 minutes.

Also delicious with curry powder. Sauté it briefly with the onion and garlic.
