Ingredients

  • ½ onion
  • 1 clove garlic (5 g)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
  • 3 ounces 96% lean ground beef (84 g)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (ground spice) (2 g)
  • 1 ½ cup mixed vegetables, Asian style (249 g)
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Sriracha sauce (8 ml)

Preparing this recipe

  1. Chop the onion and press the garlic.  
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the onion with the garlic. Add the ground meat and cook until it is browned and fully cooked. Season with paprika powder, pepper and salt.  
  3. Add the vegetables and Sriracha to the meat and stir-fry everything for another 5 minutes.

Also delicious with curry powder. Sauté it briefly with the onion and garlic.
