Ingredients
- 3 ounces penne, whole wheat (84 g)
- 6 ounces mushrooms (168 g)
- 3 ounces chickpeas (84 g)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
- 1 ½ tablespoon pesto (23 g)
Preparing this recipe
- Cook the penne according to the instructions on the package.
- Brush the mushrooms and cut them into quarters. Rinse the chickpeas in a colander with cold water and let them drain well.
- Heat the oil in a pan. Add the mushrooms and sauté them until golden brown for 5 minutes. Add the chickpeas to the pan and sauté them for 3 minutes. Add the pesto and penne to the pan, stir everything together and heat for another minute. Season with pepper and salt.
- Serve the pasta on a plate.
