Ingredients
- 1 ounce mozzarella, low-moisture part skim (28 g)
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tortilla wrap, whole wheat
- 1 tablespoon pesto (15 g)
- 1 handful mixed salad (30 g)
Preparing this recipe
- Slice the mozzarella into thin slices and quarter the cherry tomatoes.
- Spread the wrap with pesto.
- Arrange the mozzarella, tomatoes and lettuce over the wrap. Season with pepper and salt to taste.
- Roll up the wrap. Cut it in half and serve on a plate.
