Ingredients

  • 1 ounce mozzarella, low-moisture part skim (28 g)
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tortilla wrap, whole wheat
  • 1 tablespoon pesto (15 g)
  • 1 handful mixed salad (30 g)

Preparing this recipe

  1. Slice the mozzarella into thin slices and quarter the cherry tomatoes.
  2. Spread the wrap with pesto.
  3. Arrange the mozzarella, tomatoes and lettuce over the wrap. Season with pepper and salt to taste.
  4. Roll up the wrap. Cut it in half and serve on a plate.
