Ingredients

  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tortilla wrap, whole wheat
  • ½ tablespoon mayonnaise (8 ml)
  • 2 slices turkey breast
  • 1 handful mixed salad (30 g)

Preparing this recipe

  1. Slice the avocado and tomato into slices
  2. Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  3. Spread the mayonnaise evenly over the tortilla, making sure to spread it to the edges.
  4. Place the turkey over the mayonnaise, covering the bottom half of the tortilla.
  5. Place the avocado slices on top of the turkey, followed by the tomato slices.
  6. Add the lettuce leaves on top of the tomato.
  7. Season the wrap with a pinch of salt and pepper to your liking.
  8. Fold the bottom of the tortilla up over the filling, then fold both sides towards the center and roll the wrap tightly into a neat cylinder.
  9. Cut the wrap in half to make it easier to eat.
