  • 1 banana
  • 1 ½ tablespoon peanut butter (30 g)
  • 1 tortilla wrap, whole wheat
  • 1 pinch cinnamon (1 g)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (7 g)

Preparing this recipe

  1. Slice the banana.
  2. Spread the peanut butter on the wrap and top with the banana slices. Sprinkle with cinnamon, a bit of salt and drizzle honey over it.
  3. Roll up the wrap.
