Ingredients
- 3 ounces shrimp (frozen) (84 g)
- 1 clove garlic (5 g)
- ½ pound asparagus (frozen) (227 g)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (15 ml)
- 1 squeeze lemon juice (5 ml)
Preparing this recipe
- Take the shrimp out of the freezer and let them thaw on a plate.
- Press the garlic clove and halve the asparagus.
- Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the garlic. Then add the asparagus and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Next, add the cherry tomatoes and stir-fry for about 4 minutes.
- Add the shrimp to the pan. Cook them for 2 minutes. Add soy sauce and some lemon juice. Stir everything well, heat for another minute and then turn off the heat.
- Serve the stir-fry in a deep plate and season with some pepper and salt.
