Ingredients

  • 3 ounces tofu (84 g)
  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ avocado
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste (20 g)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (15 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (ground spice) (2 g)
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin (1 g)
  • 1 pinch chili powder (1 g)
  • 2 tacos
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
  • 1 handful mixed salad (30 g)

Preparing this recipe

  1. Drain the tofu well. Preheat the oven to 370°F (190°C).
  2. Dice the cucumber and avocado. Quarter the tomatoes.
  3. Crumble the tofu with your hands into coarse crumbs and mix with the tomato paste, soy sauce and spices.
  4. Place the tacos in the oven and warm according to the packaging instructions.
  5. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the crumbled tofu in it for 5 minutes until golden brown. Season with pepper to taste.
  6. Fill the tacos with half of the lettuce. Then distribute the crumbled tofu, avocado and half of the cucumber and tomato over them.
  7. Make a salad from the remaining lettuce, cucumber and tomato. Serve this separately with the tacos.
