Ingredients
- 1 cod fillet (frozen)
- 4 ½ ounce chickpeas (126 g)
- 1 clove garlic (5 g)
- 1 ½ tablespoon olive oil (23 ml)
- 2 teaspoons paprika (ground spice) (4 g)
- 7 ounces broccoli florets (frozen) (196 g)
- 1 ½ ounce feta cheese, crumbled (42 g)
Preparing this recipe
- Defrost the cod and broccoli florets. Preheat the oven to 390°F.
- Rinse the chickpeas and pat dry with paper towels. Place the chickpeas in a large bowl.
- Crush the garlic and add half a tablespoon of oil, paprika powder, pepper and salt. Stir well.
- Place the chickpeas and broccoli florets on the baking sheet. Toss together. Drizzle half a tablespoon of oil over the top and season with pepper and salt.
- Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, stirring halfway through. If the broccoli starts to get too dark, you can cover it with some aluminum foil.
- Place the cod in a greased baking dish and coat with half a tablespoon of oil. Season with pepper and salt. Put the baking dish in the oven under the baking sheet with chickpeas and broccoli after 5 minutes and bake for about 15 minutes.
- Remove the baking sheet and baking dish from the oven. Spoon the chickpeas and broccoli onto a plate. Finish with the cod and sprinkle the feta over the dish.
