Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread, whole wheat
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 slices turkey breast
  • 1 handful iceberg lettuce, shredded (30 g)

Preparing this recipe

  1. Toast the slices of bread in a toaster or on a skillet until they are lightly golden.
  2. Slice the avocado and tomato into thin slices.
  3. On one slice of bread, layer the turkey, followed by the sliced avocado, lettuce and sliced tomato. Top with the other slice of bread.
  4. Cut the sandwich in half or quarters, if desired.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
