Ingredients
- 2 slices bread, whole wheat
- ½ avocado
- 1 tomato
- 2 slices turkey breast
- 1 handful iceberg lettuce, shredded (30 g)
Preparing this recipe
- Toast the slices of bread in a toaster or on a skillet until they are lightly golden.
- Slice the avocado and tomato into thin slices.
- On one slice of bread, layer the turkey, followed by the sliced avocado, lettuce and sliced tomato. Top with the other slice of bread.
- Cut the sandwich in half or quarters, if desired.
- Serve and enjoy!
