  • 4 radishes
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, reduced fat (30 ml)
  • 2 slices bread, whole wheat
  • 2 ounces smoked salmon (56 g)

Preparing this recipe

  1. Slice the radishes.  
  2. Spread the cream cheese on the slices of bread and top with the salmon and radishes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
