Cauliflower puree with garden peas & salmon

Ingredients
- 1 salmon fillet
- 2 cups cauliflower florets (213 g)
- ½ cube vegetable bouillon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
- 6 ounces garden peas (frozen) (168 g)
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, reduced fat (30 ml)
Preparing this recipe
- Take the salmon out of the freezer and let it thaw.
- In the meantime, put the cauliflower florets with the bouillon cube in a pot of water and cook until tender in about 15 minutes.
- When the cauliflower has been cooking for 10 minutes, heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the salmon in it for about 8 minutes until it has a crispy crust.
- Meanwhile, cook the garden peas in a pot of water for 5 minutes. Drain the peas.
- Drain the cauliflower well.
- Put the cauliflower and the cream cheese in a food processor and process until pureed. Season with pepper and salt.
- Spoon the cauliflower puree onto a plate and serve the garden peas and salmon alongside.
Requisites:
- Food processor or masher

1. If you don't have a food processor, you can also use a masher to mash the cauliflower into a coarse puree.
2. It's also delicious to sauté a finely chopped clove of garlic in half a tablespoon of oil and blend it together with the cauliflower.
