Ingredients

  • 3 ounces cabbage, shredded (84 g)
  • 3 ounces carrot, shredded (84 g)
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt, nonfat (15 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (15 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (7 g)
  • ½ teaspoon yellow mustard (3 g)
  • 1 tortilla wrap, whole wheat
  • 1 ounce cheddar cheese, shredded (28 g)

Preparing this recipe

  1. Combine the shredded cabbage and carrots in a bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, prepare the dressing by mixing yogurt, mayonnaise, honey and mustard. Stir this dressing into the cabbage and carrot mixture. Season the salad with pepper and salt.
  3. Place the wrap on a plate and top it with cheese and the coleslaw. Roll up the wrap and serve.

1. If you like a little kick, add a pinch of chili flakes.
2. To prevent the wrap from getting soggy, keep the coleslaw and dressing separate until you're ready to assemble and serve.
