Ingredients
- 3 ounces cabbage, shredded (84 g)
- 3 ounces carrot, shredded (84 g)
- 1 tablespoon yogurt, nonfat (15 ml)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon honey (7 g)
- ½ teaspoon yellow mustard (3 g)
- 1 tortilla wrap, whole wheat
- 1 ounce cheddar cheese, shredded (28 g)
Preparing this recipe
- Combine the shredded cabbage and carrots in a bowl.
- In a small bowl, prepare the dressing by mixing yogurt, mayonnaise, honey and mustard. Stir this dressing into the cabbage and carrot mixture. Season the salad with pepper and salt.
- Place the wrap on a plate and top it with cheese and the coleslaw. Roll up the wrap and serve.

1. If you like a little kick, add a pinch of chili flakes.
