Ingredients

  • 2 ounces black beans (56 g)
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tortilla wrap, whole wheat
  • 1 tablespoon hummus (20 g)
  • 1 handful spinach (25 g)
  • 2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled (56 g)

Preparing this recipe

  1. Rinse the black beans in a sieve under cold water and let them drain.
  2. Slice the avocado.
  3. Spread hummus on the wrap. Layer it with spinach, followed by the avocado slices, black beans and feta. Season with pepper and salt.
  4. Roll up the wrap, cut it in half and serve on a plate.
