Ingredients
- 2 ounces black beans (56 g)
- ½ avocado
- 1 tortilla wrap, whole wheat
- 1 tablespoon hummus (20 g)
- 1 handful spinach (25 g)
- 2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled (56 g)
Preparing this recipe
- Rinse the black beans in a sieve under cold water and let them drain.
- Slice the avocado.
- Spread hummus on the wrap. Layer it with spinach, followed by the avocado slices, black beans and feta. Season with pepper and salt.
- Roll up the wrap, cut it in half and serve on a plate.
