Ingredients

  • ½ tablespoon olive oil (8 ml)
  • ½ teaspoon honey (3 g)
  • ½ teaspoon yellow mustard (3 g)
  • ½ teaspoon vinegar (3 ml)
  • 1 scallion
  • ½ cup carrot, shredded (64 g)
  • 1 tortilla wrap, whole wheat
  • 2 tablespoons cottage cheese, 4% milkfat (29 g)
  • 3 slices turkey breast

Preparing this recipe

  1. Mix the oil, honey, mustard and vinegar in a small bowl.
  2. Slice the scallion into rings.
  3. Combine the julienned carrot in a bowl with the dressing and scallion. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the cottage cheese over the wrap. Arrange the slices of turkey breast and carrot salad on top. Roll up the wrap, cut it in half and serve on a plate.
