Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons cottage cheese, 4% milkfat (43 g)
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce (5 ml)
- ¼ cucumber
- ¼ red onion
- 1 tortilla wrap, whole wheat
- 2 ounces smoked salmon (56 g)
Preparing this recipe
- Mix the cottage cheese and Sriracha in a small bowl.
- Slice the cucumber into rounds. Finely chop the onion.
- Place the wrap on a plate and spread the cottage cheese mixture, smoked salmon, cucumber and onion over it. Season with pepper and salt to taste. Roll up the wrap.
