Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 1 tortilla wrap, whole wheat
- ½ teaspoon yellow mustard (3 g)
- 2 slices turkey breast
- 1 ounce cheddar cheese, shredded (28 g)
- 1 handful mixed salad (30 g)
Preparing this recipe
- Cut the apple into quarters and remove the core. Slice the apple into thin strips.
- Spread mustard on the wrap and place the turkey fillet, cheese, apple strips and lettuce on top. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll up the wrap and cut it in half. Serve on a plate.
