  • 1 apple
  • 1 tortilla wrap, whole wheat
  • ½ teaspoon yellow mustard (3 g)
  • 2 slices turkey breast
  • 1 ounce cheddar cheese, shredded (28 g)
  • 1 handful mixed salad (30 g)

Preparing this recipe

  1. Cut the apple into quarters and remove the core. Slice the apple into thin strips.
  2. Spread mustard on the wrap and place the turkey fillet, cheese, apple strips and lettuce on top. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll up the wrap and cut it in half. Serve on a plate.
