Ingredients

  • 3 ounces lentils, canned (84 g)
  • 1 bell pepper
  • ¼ red onion
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tortilla wrap, whole wheat
  • 2 tablespoons hummus (40 g)
  • 1 handful mixed salad (30 g)
  • 1 ounce feta cheese, crumbled (28 g)

Preparing this recipe

  1. Rinse the lentils in a colander under cold water and let them drain.
  2. Slice the bell pepper into strips. Cut the onion into half rings. Quarter the tomatoes.
  3. Spread hummus over the wrap. Arrange the lettuce, sliced vegetables and lentils on top. Sprinkle the feta over everything. Season with pepper and salt.
  4. Roll up the wrap, cut it in half and serve on a plate.
