Ingredients

  • 1 scallion
  • ½ bell pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning (4 g)
  • 2 ½ ounce cottage cheese, 4% milkfat (70 g)
  • 1 tortilla wrap, whole wheat

Preparing this recipe

  1. Slice the scallion into thin rings. Cut the bell pepper into long strips.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Italian seasoning with the scallion and cottage cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Spread the cottage cheese mixture over the wrap.
  4. Place the bell pepper strips on top of the cottage cheese.
  5. Roll up the wrap and serve.
