Ingredients
- 2 slices bacon
- 1 tomato
- ½ tablespoon mayonnaise (8 ml)
- 1 tortilla wrap, whole wheat
- 2 slices turkey breast
- 1 handful mixed salad (30 g)
Preparing this recipe
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove from skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess fat.
- Slice the tomato into thin rounds.
- Spread mayonnaise evenly over the wrap. Place the turkey slices on top of the mayo. Add the shredded lettuce, sliced tomato and bacon on top of the turkey. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top of the ingredients.
- Fold the wrap tightly, tucking in the ends as you roll it up.
- Enjoy!
