Ingredients
- 2 ounces lentils, canned (56 g)
- 1 apple
- 1 steamed beet
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, reduced fat (30 ml)
- 1 tortilla wrap, whole wheat
- 1 handful mixed salad (30 g)
Preparing this recipe
- Rinse the lentils in a colander with cold water and let them drain.
- Cut the apple into strips and the beet into thin slices.
- Spread the cream cheese on the wrap. Distribute the lettuce over it, followed by the slices of beet, apple and lentils. Season with pepper and salt.
- Roll up the wrap. Cut in half and serve on a plate.
