Ingredients
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- ¼ red onion
- 1 tortilla wrap, whole wheat
- 1 tablespoon hummus (20 g)
- 3 slices turkey breast
- 1 handful mixed salad (30 g)
- ½ ounce feta cheese, crumbled (14 g)
Preparing this recipe
- Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and the onion into half rings.
- Spread the wrap with hummus and layer the turkey fillet on top. Then, top the wrap with lettuce, cherry tomatoes and onion.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the ingredients. Season with pepper and salt.
- Roll up the wrap and cut it in half.
