Ingredients

  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ red onion
  • 1 tortilla wrap, whole wheat
  • 1 tablespoon hummus (20 g)
  • 3 slices turkey breast
  • 1 handful mixed salad (30 g)
  • ½ ounce feta cheese, crumbled (14 g)

Preparing this recipe

  1. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and the onion into half rings.
  2. Spread the wrap with hummus and layer the turkey fillet on top. Then, top the wrap with lettuce, cherry tomatoes and onion.
  3. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the ingredients. Season with pepper and salt.
  4. Roll up the wrap and cut it in half.
