  • 4 olives
  • 1 tomato
  • ½ ounce goat cheese (14 g)
  • 1 handful arugula (30 g)
  • 1 tortilla wrap, whole wheat

Preparing this recipe

  1. Slice the olives into quarters and slice the tomato into rounds.
  2. Crumble the goat cheese into a bowl and mix it with the olives. Season with pepper and salt.
  3. Layer the arugula and tomato slices onto the wrap, then spoon the goat cheese mixture on top. Roll up the wrap and serve.
