Ingredients

  • 5 ounces tuna, in water (140 g)
  • 2 sun-dried tomatoes
  • ¼ red onion
  • 1 ounce feta cheese, crumbled (28 g)
  • 1 ½ ounce cannellini beans (42 g)
  • 1 handful mixed salad (30 g)
  • 1 tortilla wrap, whole wheat

Preparing this recipe

  1. Drain the tuna in a colander.
  2. Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes. Dice the onion and mix them together with the feta and tuna in a bowl.
  3. Rinse the beans with cold water and drain. Add the beans to the tuna mixture and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the lettuce over the wrap. Then, distribute the tuna salad over the wrap and roll it up. Cut the wrap in half and serve on a plate.
