Ingredients
- ¼ cucumber
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (15 ml)
- ½ teaspoon paprika (ground spice) (1 g)
- 2 slices turkey breast
- 1 tortilla wrap, whole wheat
- 1 handful iceberg lettuce, shredded (30 g)
Preparing this recipe
- Cut the cucumber into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise with paprika powder. Stir in the cucumber strips. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay the wrap on a clean surface. Place lettuce leaves on the wrap to cover the surface. Spread the cucumber mixture over the lettuce. Layer the turkey on top of the cucumber mixture.
- Roll up the wrap tightly from one end to the other, securing the filling inside. Cut the wrap in half diagonally for easier serving, if desired. Serve the wrap on a plate.
