Ingredients

  • ¼ cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (15 ml)
  • ½ teaspoon paprika (ground spice) (1 g)
  • 2 slices turkey breast
  • 1 tortilla wrap, whole wheat
  • 1 handful iceberg lettuce, shredded (30 g)

Preparing this recipe

  1. Cut the cucumber into thin strips.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise with paprika powder. Stir in the cucumber strips. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Lay the wrap on a clean surface. Place lettuce leaves on the wrap to cover the surface. Spread the cucumber mixture over the lettuce. Layer the turkey on top of the cucumber mixture.
  4. Roll up the wrap tightly from one end to the other, securing the filling inside. Cut the wrap in half diagonally for easier serving, if desired. Serve the wrap on a plate.
