Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon pesto (5 g)
- 2 slices bread, whole wheat
- 1 handful mixed salad (30 g)
- 2 slices roast beef
- 2 sun-dried tomatoes
Preparing this recipe
- Mix the mayonnaise and pesto in a small bowl.
- Spread one slice of bread with the pesto mayonnaise and then layer the lettuce, roast beef and sun-dried tomatoes on top. Season with pepper and salt. Place the other slice of bread on top and cut the sandwich in half.
- Serve the sandwiches on a plate.
