Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (15 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon pesto (5 g)
  • 2 slices bread, whole wheat
  • 1 handful mixed salad (30 g)
  • 2 slices roast beef
  • 2 sun-dried tomatoes

Preparing this recipe

  1. Mix the mayonnaise and pesto in a small bowl.
  2. Spread one slice of bread with the pesto mayonnaise and then layer the lettuce, roast beef and sun-dried tomatoes on top. Season with pepper and salt. Place the other slice of bread on top and cut the sandwich in half.
  3. Serve the sandwiches on a plate.
