Ingredients

  • 3 ounces brown rice (84 g)
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar (5 ml)
  • 5 ounces tuna, in water (140 g)
  • ½ tablespoon soy sauce (8 ml)
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ tablespoon Sriracha sauce (8 ml)

Preparing this recipe

  1. Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Stir in the vinegar for extra flavor and let it cool.
  2. Drain the tuna and mix it with pepper and soy sauce.
  3. Cut the avocado into cubes and slice the cucumber thinly.
  4. Divide the cooked rice into a bowl. Neatly arrange the tuna, avocado and cucumber on top.
  5. Drizzle Sriracha over the bowl.
