Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (15 ml)
- 1 squeeze lemon juice (5 ml)
- ½ tablespoon honey (10 g)
- ¼ cup carrot, shredded (32 g)
- 1 ounce raisins (28 g)
- 1 tortilla wrap, whole wheat
- 1 ounce cheddar cheese, shredded (28 g)
Preparing this recipe
- Wash the apple and cut it into thin strips.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with some lemon juice and honey.
- Put the apple strips together with the carrot in a bowl and stir in the mayonnaise dressing along with the raisins. Season with salt and pepper.
- Layer the wrap with cheese and the apple-carrot salad. Roll up the wrap, cut it in half and serve on a plate.
